CATEGORY: COMTEMPORARY BRIDE
Theme: MODERN BRIDAL LOOKS
This category is all about showcasing a modern and contemporary Indian bride. It must feature today’s woman sporting the trendiest bridal makeup! The bride should be styled as per the theme of this category.

Category tips
- Contestant must complete an elegant modern bridal look which is for the contemporary Indian bride. This look must align with current bridal make-up trends.
- Contestants must express their colorful vision and imagination in this category.
- The use of wardrobe, hairstyling and props that assist in conveying contestants’ interpretation of the theme is encouraged.
- A moodboard presentation is compulsory
- A complete look must be presented. (Hair, Makeup, Nails and Costume).
Floor rules
- Provide a ‘before’ photograph of the model on your moodboard for judging.
- Ornaments, accessories or hairpieces must not cover more than 1/3 of the head (full wigs or full hairpieces are not allowed).
- Model should be 18-30 years old with youthful healthy skin.
- Models must arrive with a clean face (no-makeup). It can be prepped but no base make- up shall be applied prior to the competition.
- Model must be fully styled in a costume and have hair and nails done.

- Outsourcing – 1 marks
- Finished Makeup look – 5 marks
- Complete Look – 3 marks
Negative parameters:
- Absence of a moodboard will result in negative marking (-2)
CATEGORY: RUNWAY FASHION
Theme: METALLIC GLAM
This category will showcase high-fashion/ramp ready looks inspired by National and International Runways or Fashion events. The makeup must be modern, creative and suitable for a fashion show. The contestant will be marked on creating striking and imaginative trendy catwalk looks!

Category tips
- Makeup color palette: Gold,Silver,Copper and Bronze.
- Contestants must create a High fashion Runway/ Ramp ready look inspired by national or international events, shows
- Contestants will be judged on design, application technique, use of colour, and overall presentation. Hair and costume will also be judged and can earn contestants extra credit.
- The use of wardrobe, hairstyling and props that convey the contestant’s interpretation of the theme is encouraged.
- A complete look must be presented.
Floor rules
- Model must arrive with NO makeup applied. All make-up must be done during the contest time.
- Each contestant must carry any and all materials needed to produce the finished look.
- Accessories and Embellishments if used must not overpower your makeup look.
- The model must be completely styled and have nails and hair completely done to look ramp ready at the beginning of the competition.
- Ornaments, accessories or hairpieces must not cover more than 1/3 of the head and can be created ahead of time.
- Once time is up, you may not touch your model in any way.
- No talking to spectators/coaches allowed.
