HBS India was such an amazing experience. Being part of an event with over 14,000 beauty pros all in one place, that kind of energy is hard to put into words. The vibe was electric. I loved getting to work with Streamline and some seriously talented Aveda hairdressers. It was one of those moments that reminds you just how connected and passionate our industry really is.

Barber Challenge Competition After winning first place at HBS 2025 PUNK FUNK category hairdressing competition, I feel like that the top spot is a huge accomplishment and a recognition for my creativity and skill that stood out among talented peers. Winning the barber competition was a dream come true. My family, friends, and clients were so surprised and happy! HBS has created such wonderful moments in my life. Thank you for this honour.

HBS is one event that’s really close to me and I look forward to it every year. I’ve been trying to promote barbering for over 10 years now & HBS was one of the first few platforms that came up with the barbering competition. I have the great opportunity to be a part of the Jury now and it just feels amazing to be seeing new talent coming out every year and just creating some absolutely fabulous work. I’ve attended all kinds of events internationally but HBS hits the mark!HBS is all about creativity, fun, inspiration, and growing as a community. I am fortunate to be a part of the 5th edition of the StyleSpeak Beauty Conference. This time the Panels were more diverse with salon owners and salon professionals participating in the conference. The topics chosen were relevant to the Indian audience. Education is important for a hairdresser or a manager, and conferences like this one pave the way and are a good platform for education.

The StyleSpeak Beauty conference is very very important because here we talk about exclusive relevant topics like acne and rosacea. Delegates get to upgrade and educate themselves with great knowledge. To know what is happening and network, it is important to attend this beauty Conference.

The Conference hada very interesting session on relationship between brands and salons- discussing both sides of the game . This is an exciting relationship and new challenges will exist, but as partners we have to understand each other and it’s a win-win situation.

The experience at the Conference was very enriching. The way the session was curated and the topic chosen makes it very interesting. The main part of my session was to define premiumization, address why it is important and how to get to the level of premiumization without overspending or getting distracted.
